names or IDN.

Netscape 7.1, Opera 7.11, Safari and Mozilla
1.4, are the first  browsers
to support multilingual domain names or
IDN (Internationalized Domain Names).. Microsoft's
Explorer 7 browser will support Internationalized
domain names and be available to download
on the Internet in the summer of 2006.
